Meredith Bagby has two decades of experience in real estate investment, specializing in long-term net leases and complex tax and legal structuring. A graduate of Harvard College and Columbia Law School, she began her career at Morgan Stanley in mergers and acquisitions before becoming a financial reporter for CNN. After her time at CNN, she returned to the real estate world. Over her tenure at PRC, she has facilitated over $300 million in transactions, solidifying the company’s position as a leader in innovative financing solutions.

At PRC, Meredith leverages her expertise to structure and execute strategic investments, ensuring the company’s continued growth and success.

Yvonne has been active in sale-leaseback investing and real estate development for over 20 years. Before joining PRC, she spent 18 years at net-lease REIT W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC), where she executed over $750 million in transactions. As Managing Director, Yvonne launched the firm's Asia-Pacific investments division, following her leadership of the International Asset Management Group, overseeing more than $3.5 billion in assets under management. Prior to that, she held roles at Credit Suisse in their equities department and Merrill Lynch in investment banking. Yvonne earned her bachelor's degree from Yale University, double majoring in Economics and Chinese, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

At PRC, Yvonne focuses on strategic investments and development opportunities, leveraging her extensive experience in deal sourcing, strategic partnerships, and transaction execution.

Daniel Blum is a seasoned commercial real estate professional, bringing over 15 years of expertise in acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and strategic investments. His career includes key roles in managing and expanding portfolios for private REITs, pension funds, and development firms. Daniel excels in implementing value-add and de-risking strategies across retail, industrial, and net-leased assets. Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree from Cal State Northridge and an MBA from Pepperdine University. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional risk-adjusted returns, he is committed to creating long-term value for investors.

At PRC, Daniel serves as Senior Vice President, overseeing real estate acquisitions and asset management. He is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing PRC’s growth initiatives and strategic vision.

Erin Reed has been the Corporate Records & Compliance Manager at PRC since 2016. With a legal background in commercial real estate and energy, Erin brings expertise in navigating complex governmental requirements. Before PRC, she was a civil trial attorney at Haynes and Boone, LLC, representing Fortune 500 companies. Erin holds a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.

At PRC, Erin manages corporate records and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Her meticulous approach to governance supports PRC’s transparency, adherence to industry standards, and long-term strategic goals.

Kurt Faulk is a senior executive with 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, asset and credit risk management. He has worked closely with tenants and clients in the commercial real estate sector to manage strategic initiatives that drive profitability and strengthen asset growth.

At PRC, Kurt leads the company’s asset management efforts, overseeing closings, funding, and the operational performance of commercial real estate within the portfolio. His expertise in real estate finance and property management ensures PRC maximizes asset value, delivers stable returns to investors, and maintains strong tenant relationships.

Alice is a seasoned Controller with over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. She has managed financial reporting, budget forecasting, and cash flow analysis for large-scale real estate portfolios, including her work at ShopCore Properties, a Blackstone Portfolio Company. Alice has a proven track record of optimizing financial processes, reducing costs, and implementing systems to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.

At PRC, Alice oversees accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. She supports PRC’s financial objectives by streamlining processes and maintaining transparency and integrity in financial operations.

Hayden Ashley is PRC Equity’s Director of Technology & AI and a licensed real estate broker.

He previously worked at Newmark as a member of one of the largest net-lease investment sales teams in the United States, a team with more than $6 billion in transactions. There he worked with REITs, family offices, and 1031 exchange buyers on sales ranging from $3 million to $190 million.
